Revelation Health: Treating Emergent Patients During COVID-19 Emergency

Need an Emergency Treatment? Revelation Health Can Help!John Battershill Revelation Health Centre Chiropractic & Wellness Clinic

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to have an increased impact in our world and community, it is understandable that you may be experiencing an increased level of concern.

We would like to assure you that we are also concerned but will remain open and booking appointments for EMERGENT PATIENTS ONLY (one step away from going to the hospital).

We are committed to delivering the products and services you rely on even during this local state of emergency.

We are also continually monitoring the situation here and abroad. If we ever feel it is unsafe to remain open and provide Chiropractic care to Calgarians during this time of need, we will hastily close our doors and cancel all appointments without penalty.

Preventative Measures:

As a valued family member of Revelation Health Centre, your safety has always been, and continues to be, our number one priority. During this time we are taking a number of preventative measures to keep any emergent patients safe:

1 – Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing above and beyond our current strict guidelines, making sure that all surfaces that a patient will have access to are fully cleaned and sanitized after every treatment.

2 – We are following the recommendation of all major public health agencies including AHS (Alberta Health Services) and PHAC (Public Health Agency of Canada) to encourage all customers and staff to regularly wash their hands using water and soap for at least 20 seconds or longer, ensuring that you wash the webs between the fingers. A thorough cleaning with soap is better than using alcohol-based hand sanitizer to “wash” your hands.

3Additional screening of all patients for symptoms of illness / foreign travel within the last 14 days. Please stay at home, self-isolate / quarantine and call the appropriate authorities if you have any symptoms or have travelled abroad.

Currently, there is no cure for COVID-19. Also, please note there is no strong scientific evidence to suggest that Chiropractic care can help you ward off viruses such as coronavirus any better.

However, the current situation does not change the fact that Chiropractic care has been proven to effectively treat many types of musculoskeletal-related conditions and injuries.
