What is the Huber® Motion Lab?
The Huber® Motion Lab is a state-of-the-art training apparatus that helps improve core strength and physical skills while also balancing the brain with the body. It accomplishes this by putting you through physical training of various degrees that require all of your muscle groups working in unison together.
How It Works
#1 – You stand on a mechanized platform in front of a head high computer screen and dual handle bar system
#2 – Training program recommended by your practitioner or the one you would like to perform is selected
#3 – You begin exercises while standing in proper posture, following prompts on the screen to push or pull the handle bars all while the platform rotates either clockwise or counter-clockwise
#4 – Your results are saved on the Huber Motion Lab and can be used to track your progress through the different levels of training
Treatable Conditions & Benefits
Huber® Motion Lab exercises are from low to extreme difficulty and focus on the abdomen, shoulders, arms and legs. These exercises help treat a number of conditions and have great benefit to overall health, including:

Rehabilitation by Input & Output
The proper posture stance and movement of the platform provides a bottom-up motion which means your brain gets the stimulation it needs to communicate effectively with the body.
The brain needs a 40 to 1 input / output ratio to build and regain healthy function; if the body is hurt or needs something it must send 40 signals to the brain before the brain replies.
Huber® exercises assist with these signals, allowing for more input and thus more output from the brain which is required for more healing to occur.
